"Staff were friendly as could be.. house keeping was very bad, out of 2 weeks stay my room was cleaned 3 times, cleaners were very lazy. Could smell a bad smell in the room, smelt like sewers. After bad rain water was coming into the room. Not likely to stay there there again"

"I’d love to thank all the staff at Beyond Skywalk -Nang Shi. Everything was superb also a BIG thankyou to Safaree who greeted me and took care of my check-in. Book in, you won’t regret it. 💕"

"空港からの送迎もありますが歩いてでも行く事の出来る距離に位置しています。 ファミリータイプの部屋に滞在しましたが、充分余りある広さでフロアタイルは調度品が映り込むほどきれいに磨きあげられていました。 清潔感に関しては大変満足のいく滞在でした。"

"Great place! We sre a family of 4 - 2 sdults to kids and this was an ideal place for a stay before flying early morning. Staff very good and rooms were perfect."

"Walked from the airport to the resort ( about a 10 minute walk). The resort blew my expectations away and the staff were incredibly helpful! Wish I was staying in this part of Phuket longer just to stay at this resort. Perfect for solo travelers & will be recommending this place to anyone flying into Phuket."

"A very noisy family above us, l would of thought the night staff would of sorted them out, when my partner went to speak to the night staff she was told that they paid a lot off money for their room,so basically they could do as they please. She complained again at 2am and was told that we could move to another room Not that we wanted to move that time of the morning"

"I wasn't able to check in. Landed for an overnight stay at 11 pm. When got there nobody was at the front desk. I had to check into another hotel that around 1 am. I want my little bit of money back!"

"Een stukje paradijs om helemaal tot rust te komen. Prachtige villa’s middenin de natuur met alle nodige comfort. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, heerlijk a la carte ontbijt. We hebben er ‘s avonds ook gegeten en alles was even verzorgd en lekker! Leuke strandbar The woods op een 5 min wandelen langs het ongerepte strand. We komen hier zeker terug!"

"I arrived at 2 am because delayed flight and there was nobody at front desk. I had to call the hotel number and tell them that I want to check in. Apparently I had to wake someone up who told me there is a tray with key and my name to check myself in. No problem at all with that, just that sigh tor that tray was “check out” and for that reason I didn’t knew my key was there. Other than that, online is stated that food can be found on site but they don’t have a kitchen. We went next door to a...
