"In Saraburi there aren't a lot of options for hotels that I can find, but this place was nice and cozy. It was better than I expected. I was able to book a fairly large room with two air conditioners for a good price. The property also is located next a relatively large shopping center, so that is convenient. The staff were also nice. I would definitely stay there again."

"The Phuttal Residence is located on a beautiful river/canal. We stayed in the family apartment, though there were just the two of us. The furniture and accommodations were nothing fancy, but everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was excellent. Even though we had a kitchen, we did not cook. Please note that you will need to order a taxi to find a restaurant. It is about a 10 minute drive to center of Ayutthaya."

The place could use a good cleaning - the ceiling lights were full of dead flies. Breakfast is included, but very simple. Functional, but not great. The restaurant, however, is excellent. "Firstly, the distance from the train station is NOT 6 minutes! By Google maps at 10pm (no traffic) it is 12 minutes away by taxi. The whole hotel reception, corridors, and rooms are shabby and dirty. We checked out early."

"Location of the hotel is quite good on the river and close to the train station and main road into Ayutthaya. Overall the hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment. The shower was poor located above the bath. Water pressure was low and at busy times very little hot water. The flexible shower cable was too short and I had to squat to wash my whole body.
