"Tried to rebook directly - rang the door buzzer/ left written messages but no dice - need to give feedback on the room quote urgently"

"Lovely little hotel and very close to everything. Would stay again."

"We were greater by very friendly staff at reception. Great short stay and the staff were very polite and friendly. Definitely going back"

"Very nice place to stay, wish it had been advertised that a ferry was required to be taken to get there."

"All was great, room, pool access. The bathroom fan is a bit noisy in that particular room so trying not to wake up others - otherwise all great."

"We had a fantastic stay at Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay! The beach shack was great, the amenities were excellent and everything was well maintained. The whole park had a lovely atmosphere and everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back"

"The room was very clean with good parking underneath the rooms as most rooms are on 2nd level, with air conditioning and modern bath and new beds."

"Helpful staff, clean room, central location. I was able to charge my EV overnight for a small fee."

"All good, the laundry being locked, and no dryer was the only downside. Lovely location"

"The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the thai around the corner and coffee shop which was open from 5am. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay. Just avoid having a room 1 to 3 and its close to the street and right above the restaurant which didnt quiet down til 10:30"

"Nice clean and cozy room, parking is easy but tight if you have a big car or 4wd"

"Good location, staff on front desk were helpful. Some parts of the resort look a bit tired, could do with a birthday. The pool area is being upgraded and will be great when complete."
