Soitto asiakaspalveluun ja saimme uuden huoneen, mutta sekään ei ollut kovin puhdas,moppaamaton lattia jossa kengänjälkiä, likaisia sormenjälkiä keittiöntuoleissa, todella pinttynyt sohva sekä palovaroittimet puuttui asunnosta."
