"They have a pool that closes at 10pm... it's right by a mall and within 8 miles of uptown (downtown Charlotte) which is a straight shot from the expressway. The restaurant is convenient and closes late... they have a happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30 that serves snacks/meals, drinks and a hot breakfast included... I recommend this hotel"

"3 night stay. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Breakfast was ok could be better. Oh the parking was very full. Large pick up trucks taking up multiple spots frustrating. The pool was closed due to some maintenance we were looking forward to the pool. We will be back. Good stay "

He was professional, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming — truly a great first impression. My room was spotless and modern, with a super comfortable bed that made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The walk-in shower was another highlight — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Although I don’t drink, I stopped by the bar and met Elaine, the bartender. She went above and beyond to create a custom mocktail just for me, and it was honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had in a while — refreshing and made with care. This hotel strikes the perfect balance of comfort, style, and hospitality. Huge shoutout to Demereo and Elaine for making my stay memorable.
