"Great value for your money. Very clean property . It’s a 20 min ferry ride away from Venice city center . The walk to boat station was just 2 mins. We left around 10 am and managed to see all the major attractions in Venice. We were back by 7. My only problem was the lack of towels(though they inform you in advance about this) the sheets and rooms are spotless. The rooms are very roomy considering they are mobile homes. "We arrived in 32 degrees and the room was almost warmer than that, air conditioning couldn’t cool the room down, so a night almost without any sleep. The refrigerator was also not working and we mentioned that 2 times for the staff, end of the story- we could have another refrigerator next morning, only a one night stay so that was not helping us.
