"This was an excellent place to stay during our tour through Umbria. Located perfectly just outside the walls of Bevagna old town. The gardens surrounding the residence are beautifully kept, with green lawns and a sparkling clean pool which was great after an afternoon of exploring. The rooms themselves were huge, with a lounge/dining room and a separate bedroom with comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but clean, but good water pressure and basic toiletries provided. "Friendly helpful staff. Quiet clean room. Wish they didn’t feel they have to put up a sign at breakfast that says essentially that if you take seconds it will be added to the bill. The sign puts a negative spin on an otherwise friendly atmosphere. The breakfast room is clean but utilitarian and not decorated with taste which is unfortunate because the breakfast offerings were quite good."
