"The hotel was brand new. Very clean. Nice beautiful rooms. At arrival you must check-in on a machine. I had to enter my name and reservation nr. The machine said it was unknown. I had to call assistance. They helped me out and got my roomnumber with accesscode. When I wanted to access the parking lot, the accesscode wasn't working. So I called assistance and then nobody answered. After a long day of work, this kind of sh1t p1sses me off ! 😠"

"Bruit continu toute la nuit, comme si une machine à laver tournait dans la chambre. Le conduit de ventilation est partagé avec le restaurant, ce qui faisait entrer une forte odeur de poisson frit à partir de 20h. La personne à la réception s’est excusée et m’a assuré qu’ils allaient regarder le problème, mais il s’agit clairement d’un souci ancien si l’on en croit les avis d’autres voyageurs. Nous aurions en plus été « surclassés » : difficile d’imaginer à quoi ressemblait la chambre...
