"The room was spacious and clean. There was a problem with a blocked drain in the shower and a terrible smell coming out of the drains. Staff dealt with this quickly after i reported it. The location is good if you want to party, but a little too hectic if you want to relax in the calm. The gardens at the hotel were quiet though"

"Everything about the hotel was perfect. We celebrated a birthday whilst there and they arrived at the room with a cake and decorated the room whilst we were out. The location is unbeatable, quiet but perfectly central for all cafes and restaurants and 5 min walk from the beach. The food was great from the hotel restaurant and the staff were lovely and could not do enough for us. It was that good we go back in 5 days after a trip to Uluwatu"
