We took the emergency stairs to the back of the hotel but were locked in a pen, unable to get out to the street. "The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay"

"We opted for the deluxe room with a queen bed for our family of 3, my toddler is 4. Luckily the bed was a standard Queen size and fit the 3 of us well! The room was small but standard for Japan, but made really good use of wooden shelving (2 rows of it) bordering around the bed for extra storage, making it easy to put our things out and easy to grab.
