Has self check-in for late comers which is great as some people might not be able to reach their accommodation before receptions closes, room was so spacious and very clean. "The meeting that I was schedule to attend in Neuchatel was cancelled a full six months before it was to take place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."

"Very easy to use and a key location for our road trip. Instructions were easy to follow and the unique/ niche offering of the room really made it feel comfortable. Parking wasn’t so clear to pay, as the machines did not recognise the spot we parked in. Shops nearby was owned by a local and he was very helpful. "

La parte esterna non è ancora terminata, ma le parti comuni e le camere sono perfettamente finite e molto gradevoli. La mia camera non era grandissima ma era molto funzionale con belle finestre molto grandi. Letto molto comodo e bagno molto bello. "This is a nice Swiss hotel. The shower is very small by American standards and there is no air conditioning. If it is unusually hot that would be an issue. It is clean and well appointed. I have stayed several times and will do so again. "
