"Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!"

"Great place for a local beach break. The room was large, clean and had a balcony and mini fridge. Nice check in and lobby. Great breakfast buffet out on the Monte Cristo patio. We also had dinner at Monte Cristo (make a reservation using The Fork app) and the food was wonderful and appropriately priced. "We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were really friendly and relaxed, the room in the main building was fine, the grounds are magnificent, the swimming pool massive and the restaurant superb. Only two small gripes. There was a terrble smell in the middle of one night and some construction traffic early in the morning at a site well behind the hotel was a bit noisy but I would still recommend this hotel. The beach is a toss the road and we chose to use the Umberto Beach Club that cost 23 Euros for 2 chairs and umbrella for the day. The beach was wakable and clean and you can walk into town along the sea. Not too busy for May, but I can see how it will be crazy in the summer. Also nice mercato nearby to get snacks, water, wine and beer. Really recommend this place for something different and more local Italian vibe. PS Everyone speaks English so no troubles. Also street parking is free and safe."
