"Don't be put off by the external appearance - inside the hotel is well maintained, bright, clean and comfortable. The breakfast offer is limited but adequate and easy and the breakfast rooms a good size. Staff very helpful, and friendly. Well located near the train and bus stations (and with own car parking underneath for those who came by car like me) and a short and pleasant walk from the centre. Would recommend to anyone for a short stay in Pavia. Good value."

"Staff was kind , helpful and outgoing Breakfast was minimal for the price of a nights stay compared to other accommodations we visited. I would suggest adding bedside lighting. In addition, one ceiling light was positioned in front of the tv , which was positioned very high on the wall. When you watched tv you had to turn the light off , but then there were no other lights on except a bathroom light. I would add a second chair to a room made for two people. "A real gem of a hotel hidden away but well worth a stay. I stayed for two night son business and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is easy to find. Parking is free and secure. The hotel has a real welcoming ambience and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had an early morning check-out and the hotel opened up reception just for me! Thank you. "Hôtel... d’un autre temps mais qui saura charmer ceux qui aiment le ‘vintage’. Malheureusement très bruyant surtout le samedi soir si votre chambre donne sur le bar couvert extérieur ! Et ce jusqu’à 3h du matin. Par contre l’emplacement est parfaitement au centre du village et très proche de la piscine municipale."
