"My stay here was just what I was looking for. Quiet, solitude, and total paradise. Max the host was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. The food was great, beds were comfortable, and the bungalows were spacious. The view from my bungalow was 10 out if 10. The water there is unreal. Shallow lagoon all around the small island was teeming with marine life. Including black tip sharks in the morning, rays, and I even saw a giant moray eel and octopus. So cool! If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to unplug this is hard to beat. If you’re looking for nightlife and more activities you’re better off staying at a large resort. But they had paddle boards and kayaks which was great. Too shallow to do much swimming but there were day excursions that you could plan for snorkeling and a trip to the Tahitian pearl and vanilla farm. Amazing! I’ll definitely go back "

"Fantastic setting; bungalow on beach was amazing. Breakfast was pretty awful but lunch and dinner restaurant are solid. staff are great and location is great. Best restaurant on island is a 5 minute walk called Lucky House"

"Stayed 5 nights mid April in Sacriste apartment and so glad we stayed at Villa Yrondi. Views are as pictured and spectacular. No onsite restaurant but we bought light groceries at Chin Lee market and made own breakfast daily in the kitchenette. Valerie was amazing and so helpful. All staff was friendly. We had a small car and glad we did. Parking is tight so let them know in advance. If we ever came back we would certainly try Villa Yrondi first."

"The Raiatea Lodge Hotel was very clean, quiet, and accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very good. We stayed five days and had a lovely stay. My only disappointment was that we had to cross a road to get to the ocean but the snorkeling was incredible as well as the sunsets!"
