"Firstly, most importantly Kseniya the lady in the hotel everyday treated all guests with a friendly and helpful manner. I’ve travelled a lot and most staff have been ok. This place I would give 10 stars for the service and how they treated guests. Which far more important than anything else.
Next the location is brilliant .
WiFi is brilliant.
Breakfast they catered to what I wanted which was amazing and made fresh in the morning.
The taxi’s are a rip off here.

"It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...

Appena metti piede fuori dalla struttura ci sono praticamente tutti i servizi, negozi, bar, ristoranti e negozi per fare shopping. Camera e pulizia della camera impeccabili. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. Unico appunto, ma dipende da gusti personali, il fatto che c' è rumore fino a notte dato che sotto l'hotel c'è il passeggio dei turisti."

"What a wonderful place. I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. Check in was smooth, staff was kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean with all the amenities. They have a pool and restaurant. This hotel is 100m walk from the main bus line which has frequent buses to both Sunny Beach and Nessebar (3 stops). "Se cercate personale gentile, collaborativo e cordiale ed un luogo semplice questo fa per voi.
Purtroppo nella nostra camera non arrivava acqua calda, ci hanno mandato un tecnico che ha sistemato sporcando tutto e non hanno ripulito, per scusarsi ci hanno offerto una camera vista mare.
La colazione inclusa non è a buffet, include un toast o le uova o yogurt (a scelta) e una spremuta. La cosa che non avevano notato dalle foto è il bagno con la doccia a pavimento (un disastro!!), abbiamo chiesto...
