"Pretty impressed with their thoughtfulness and excellent service! Deposited my luggage with them before check in so I could go sightseeing. When I came back to check in, they told me they had already transported my luggage to my room! "Excellent location with excellent staff service. It is literally located beside the Hon Sasayama bus stop and the Kawaramachi district. Impressed with the staff who noticed that I was fully drenched from the rain and immediately handed me a towel during check in! They also offer a bar with free flowing beer, sake, soft drink and post onsen ice cream. However, do note that you need to take a 20 min bus ride from JR Sasayama Station if you are not driving. Highly recommended!"
