"Room very good size and bed very comfy.
Location of the room we had was right beside the stairwell and downstairs so we did have a lot of noise from kids running up and down the stairs and between rooms upstairs.
Easy location and parking very good."
"Good location, parking right in front of unit, clean bedroom, clean beddings, clear instructions about everything in the room, responsive staff.
Had to ask for milk as there was none when we checked in. Towels were changed daily, the rest of the room wasn't serviced daily.
Bathroom has black mould on cables that are on top of sink. Those mold rained on the sink every now and then. It was pointless trying to clean the sink by ourselves as the "dust" kept falling down. Notified the reception...
"Right in the town centre so easy to walk to cafes and the shops. Good sized room, adequate cooking facilities, really quiet except for the rubbish truck at 4.30am!"
"Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Frühstück, genügend Parkplätze. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, es war laut, zum Glück war in der Nacht nicht viel Verkehr."
"Price was right, free parking was included. Room and bathroom were clean. The owner was very kind and helpful choosing the right restaurant for dinner. It was also surprisingly quiet during the night although the motel is at the main road. We enjoyed our stay."
"I got bed bugs from this place. After waking up after the first day I noticed red bumps on my feet and ankles. I thought maybe it was from a reaction from somewhere else. Put lotion on and they started to go away. Then after the second night, I woke up with far worse bites. When pulling back the sheets I then discovered black dots all along the foot of the bed in the sheets and red like little bugs. I tried to talk to the cleaning person that morning about this and she was dismissive of my...
"The location is convenient, with two large supermarkets just a one-minute walk away.
It is run by kind hosts; I was especially well looked after by H during my stay. I would love to visit again."
"Great place to stay. Room was very spacious (esp. after dogbox in Auckland) clean and tidy. OK, it is not new, but everything was in working order and full stove, fridge and microwave, plus plenty of utensils, made cooking easy. They also have a small, but adequate, gym on site. We had to hole up here during Cyclone Gabrielle and it was fine for the three nights we stayed. Staff and owners were very helpful and chatty. Bonus was being able to watch T20 Womens World Cup on TV!"
"There are only two units in this facility and the parking is on the side of the hill, straddling the garage. This was a rather precarious situation and, in my opinion, barely qualified as "on-site" parking."
