"Room was not clean, bathroom was NOT clean, after a 1 minute shower drain was blocked and bathroom flooded. Call up reception she looked at it didn’t try to fix the problem or give us another room to shower. "

"Stay for 7 days, the check in and check out was quick efficient...good reception customer service..the room was clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the towels was clean, fluffy...Wifi was good...fridge was cold...daily room cleaning...the breakfast was good, cooked Vietnamese variety, hot pho soups, salads, coffee, juice..a decent 3-4 star hotel to stay at..great price$...it took care all of our needs to feel comfortable at this hotel."
"I used this hotel because I had to check out of my downtown hotel at 12pm but my flight wasn't until 11:30pm. This hotel was close to the airport and reasonably priced, so I booked a room, even though I was going to use it for only 8 hours.
