"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"
"Room was not clean, bathroom was NOT clean, after a 1 minute shower drain was blocked and bathroom flooded. Call up reception she looked at it didn’t try to fix the problem or give us another room to shower. "

"I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding a recent hotel stay booked through platform . The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, severely impacting my travel and well-being, and reflects an unacceptable standard of service from both the property and, regrettably, from Expedia's customer support.Upon my arrival, the pervasive lack of cleanliness was immediately apparent and deeply concerning. The room, particularly the floor, was visibly dirty, and...

The villa was a beautiful 2 story condo-style, with a sitting area and kitchen. However, the main bedroom, which overlooks the water, did not have functioning AC. In the functioning AC room, the bathroom was overrun with drain flies. And unfortunately, staff decided to start garden maintenance outside the villa at 630am.
The hotel staff was very accommodating to...
"Our stay was mostly good. Bed was comfy, room had decent heating. Overall nice vibe. Breakfast is limited to 6:30-8:30 am.
However, water in the bathroom was quite cold, maybe around 22°C for showering. Slightly run down shower. "
