"Checkin is at 3pm, got there 4pm, but was checked in only after 5pm. Then the room they gave was very hot. The engineer said give it an hour as it was very hot earlier and that we close doors and minimize use of light. Still ot was very hot. If I did not call to complain and request a transfer, they would have done nothing. The hotel is outdated. The rooms are hot, the carpet in the hallways and inside the rooms smell of old carpet.
