"Let's start with the positives. The reception desk and café staff, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean. The dining space was updated and clean and the staff did their best. "THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. I am 100 percent sure that it came from here because I have never exprienced this before. JUST DONT GO THERE."

"Brand new appartment, large and comfortable, nicely furnished. Very clean. Comfortable bed with high quality bedding. Kitchen equiped with good amount of dishes, dinnerware and glassware sets. Large bathroom with corner shower, had also washing mashine which was very handy. Had balcony with a nice view of the creek. Location is great, walking distance to grocery stores, spas, Aquapark, restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much. While breakfast was included with the stay, I do not recommend it....

"This is a pleasant 3* hotel. Room was fine, but nothing fancy. Our room had a balcony. Parking is under the hotel, and can be reached by the elevator. Hotel is well located - about a block (through a "tunnel") from the central square. Room could have used more lighting. Desk clerk (Lucia) very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."
