"This was a self booked, explore of Bastogne to satisfy my WWII interests. Don't let the location (above a gas station/convenience store) discourage you. Staff was GREAT! Thanks to Amory for an easy check-in and OMG Carine! She went out of her way to make it easy, fun and memorable to her non-french speaking guests. Highly recommended if you are exploring the area. "This inpromptu stay, while travelling home, was a really pleasant experience. The food in the restaurant was amazing, the room was massive and we even had a jacuzzi style bath! Staff could have not been more helpful and even made a pretty good cup of tea for my wife on the morning of her birthday! (We are from the UK and good tea is hard to come by). We loved the hotel, really can't recommend highly enough."

"Attended for the Belgium Grand Prix, so appreciably busy, however parking could be better as struggled to find places and due to a lack of demarcation in the overflow carparks, people were parking everywhere, including on grassed areas. Rooms are clean, however in need of air conditioning as the far side of the hotel is glazed and the rooms were hot, despite a fan being provided. "The night shift manager was good and check in was smooth. Rooms were also very good and Breakfast too. Did not like the attitude of Morning receptionist and the girl serving the breakfast treat everyone equally All human are same. "
