"The property was like an oasis in the middle of busy Davao. Did it have views? Eh! Did the tv work? Nope. But it was clean, the pool was dope and that daily brekky was LEGIT. But what made me love Tropika was the staff! SOOOOO helpful. Responsive, on time, intuitive, helpful without being g asked. Certainly on the top of my list whenever I come back to visit the fam in Davao City! Oh also the AC had the room like an ICEBOX!! lol"

Looks good from outside.
Ran out of water in toilet in morning.
Factual room was very nice.
Food was not nice, needs a better menu needed.
Otherwise nice and peaceful place to stay, would recommend, so long as some things are improved."

Wow, there was one thing with the pool. Maybe the filter should have been running to make sure the water was clear. But the stay, the room, the staff we're excellent
The only other thing is maybe having coffee machines. In the rooms to heat water would be well that that's only available in, like the studio rooms"
"Remember you are in the Philippines so room was good for Filipino room. Close to everything in Tagum. Nothing on TV for an American to watch. Instant coffee only."
