"Great hotel in Azilal! Our family enjoyed the swimming pool and the games of pool (7dhs), dinner outside and the ease of access. A perfect spot to begin your adventure …"
"Mycket bra lokal frukost!! Suverän Tagine till middag. Mycket prisvärt och läget nära vattenfallet är perfekt! Det är en mycket gammal Riad så det ska man ha med i beräkningen. Det är inget Hilton hotell. "
"Nicely located near the Ouzoud waterfall. Beautiful property. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room had a balcony view of the waterfall. Dinner and breakfast were good as well."
"Chambre propre mais aucun chauffage!! Pas de produit toilette!!Demande de paiement d’un montant bien supérieur au montant prévu via hôtels.com. Mais avons réglé en espèces pas de reçu !! réglé en espèce le mon"
"This place is NOT great! There is no service or support. The reception clerk was awful! We got to wait until she finished her conversation with her friend. The place was deserted! NO STAFF! We requested dinner and felt so uncomfortable that we ate it in our room. When we woke in the morning, no breakfast was provided... was supposed to be included in the monster price paid for the room. NO ONE WAS AWAKE WHEN WE LEFT. We didn’t leave until 7:30 AM. It was one of the weirdest experiences...
"First of all, getting to the hotel is an extremely difficult process necessitating 30 to 45 minutes of stressful driving over treacherous, dilapidated mountain switchbacks. The hotel itself is dated & shabby. We had no soap in the bathroom and almost had to beg the receptionist to give us a small bottle of liquid soap. There is no sound proofing whatsoever. Noise coming from rooms above and beside us until the wee hours. Ear plugs are an absolute necessity. Also make sure you have a translation...
"The property was located a bit away from town center on a hill, but manageable. The environment is a bit raw, as it's in a rural area. But the room condition is OK, staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, and the overall quality-price ratio is good."
