"Stay was great! Staff was quick and friendly at check-in. Although we were very late in the evening, concierge made sure we got the red carpet roll out. This is a nice change from traditional hotels. Note- no pets allowed. Late check-in fee $40. Deposit $75. They allowed a late checkout since we were in at midnight. After checking you get back in your vehicle and drive around a little swirly swirl to get to your room, you might want to ask for directions as it was not very easy to follow the...

"I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." So while he sorts out whatever that problem is I guess his solution is that I pay twice for the same stay. Not so good from the customer's standpoint. ...
