When we arrived at the hotel at 7pm on the day of our booking, we were told by the receptionist that the hotel was overbooked and got transferred to another hotel. 체크아웃을 해야하는 상황에서 의아한 마음에 상담 전화를 걸었지만, 분명 상담원분들은 친절하셨지만 조치된 것은 없었고 국경을 넘어야 하는 상황에서 1시간 반 가량의 시간을 낭비할 뿐이었네요..
이럴 것이라면 왜 사이트에 호텔을 올려 놓으셨을지..? 다시 계약할 것이 아니라면 이런 일이 일어나지 않도록 호텔은 내려주셨으면 좋겠고, 아직 환불도 받지 못하고 포인트만 덜렁 받았는데 빠른 조치가 취해졌으면 좋겠습니다. 절대 예약하지 마세요."
