"Room 1 air-conditioning was not strong even in the nights and left it on the whole day and 4 nights. We opted to sleep our heads on the feet area of the bed to feel the aircon. Otherwise, most of the staff very good, done excellent job and friendly. Another thing one of the Male reception staff took the Clients from Febry. "Overall stay was lovely and staff were very friendly"

"My friend and I loved the whole resort and everything about it. Would definitely stay there again. Close to lots of restaurants and boutiques and mini marts."

"Es ist absolut dreckig, wir hatten Käfer in unserem Bett. Die Tür hat unten eine Spalte. Ich konnte die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen habe mich noch nie so unwohl gefühlt"

"I had a lovely stay at Sabana Ubud. The property is well kept, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. As a solo female traveller, I’d happily recommend it to others travelling on their own. The food was good, with a varied menu offering something to suit different tastes."

"All good"

"We have stayed here on two occasion the location is excellent the gardens beautiful restaurant is good the staff are very friendly and helpful pricing is good we would recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed with the hotel"

"Nice staff, good for relaxing. spa is expensive here. Good food. Far from Ubud."

"Breakfast was included with my room but I had a day trip planned before breakfast started. The front desk was helpful and arranged a breakfast made the night before for me so I could have my free breakfast still."

"The rooms are lovely… however, the curtains are paper thin and allow all the glaring garden lighting coming through curtains. The light into the room is unacceptable. It is an easy fix, but management didn’t bother talking to me. Instead it went through the front desk. Do your job management. You have a lovely hotel. Fix the lighting and curtains.."
