"This is a huge hotel with many buildings on the property. Finding the correct building can be a little confusing at first. You can tell it’s an older hotel, but it’s relatively well kept. The breakfast was decent. All the staff were friendly. The hotel is quiet and felt safe."

"it appears that junior staff managing the front desk need a better understanding of why the hotel has policies in place, not just what those policies are. The hotel grounds were clean and everything was nice but the hot tub was in deplorable condition. So very dirty and smelly. I wish that was as clean as the rest of the place."

"I think this was my best hotel stay outside of a super fancy resort. Things were run so well. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, & welcoming. It was immaculately clean, perfectly maintained, it looked brand new even though it wasn’t. The breakfast was fantastic. There was even someone checking the temps of the hot foods & keeping a log to be sure they were warm enough & safe. "Very comfortable stay. In town for a girls basketball tournament and the girls loved the pool. Bed linens were very comfortable. "
