"Overall fine to sleep here. The sofa and curtains were stained and the bathtub had some rust. Our door looked like it had been broken into before. The staff were polite and helpful. People smoking marijuana outside and you could hear the beltway as if you were on it all night. The air conditioner worked excellently. The sprinkler was taped onto the wall and one of the lights were broken. The place is run down, but it’s in a convenient location and good enough to sleep for a couple nights....

We had booked this stay as an in between stop on our long vacation & mainly booked it because it had an indoor pool the kids could use for the few days in the middle. "Staff was amazing our entire stay, as well as by accommodating switching our ADA accessible room from a king to two queens when we decided to have our grandkids stay over one night with us. There was one glass shelf in the kitchen area that I kept banging my forehead on due to the placement of the shelf above the counter area which resulted in bruising. "Didn't like the one hour wait to get the room...it was well after 5 to be assigned a room....the television in the common area of the room didn't work and staff was notified but no one came to fix it. The fire alarm went off early am and had to get up and the rowdy guess...well the police was there for them several times throughout the night."

"An absolutely wonderful stay. Felt completely at home and comfortable. This was a great stay. Tiffany is a real professional. Everyone will feel right at home, and she will make great recommendations to give you all of the local favorites to make sure you experience the best the area has to offer. There are beautiful views of the river from all rooms in the house. This is a great location to adventure in Maryland, Delaware and DC. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!"

"The bed was very uncomfortable and hurt my back so much that I left after two nights and did not stay for a third night as planned. Walls were so thin that I was woken up by the very intimate moaning of the couple next door. That was unpleasant to say the least."
