"Room clean and excellent staff. Always willing to help. Breakfast was okay, not too much western options."

"La struttura sembra una struttura rimasta inutilizzata per anni e che è stata riaperta da poco. "Wanting to keep this amazing place as a secret for myself but it is the only place you should choose when visiting tetebatu. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. The property is so peaceful and calming. The food was a standout from my whole trip across Lombok including delicious dinner and breakfast. The owners care and eye for detail on everything are evident and nothing is ever too much. You have to come experience it for yourself. Recommend also their guide for a day walking tour...

"Great location. Staff were attentive and friendly. Great pools, also table tennis and pool table. Grounds are well kept. It is an older hotel but is well looked after. Breakfast was fairly standard, but sufficient. Great fish options for dinner. "

"Very comfortable property with a great view of sunrise by Rinjani. Food and drink option was great. The firepit was a great way to keep warm during the cool night but could be made safer and more environmentally friendly."

"Amazing staff, pretty good food options at the restaurant. Would be nice with a proper blanket instead or just a sheet but apart from that - great."

"We highly recommend the hotel. The service was great, awesome and very friendly. The restaurant was also very good. The quality was great, and the dishes were always fresh. We also loved the pool with the view."

"I couldn’t use hot water while taking shower, dirty toilet and wash room, bland dishes… We were so disappointed."

"Our stay at Hotel Déjama in Lombok was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, manager Mansyur took care of every tiny detail and made us feel completely at home — that level of genuine hospitality is rare to find. The food deserves its own special mention: beautifully presented, high-end quality that rivals fine dining, yet incredibly affordable. Every dish felt like it came from a chef who truly cares about the craft. The property itself is impeccably clean and tastefully...
