"the staff was very unprofessional and not trained properly
i booked 2 suite rooms and i got one suite room and one standard room.
also they forced my kids to stay at 3rd floor and parents at 5th floor without parental attention
or they asked me to stay all in one room despite booking 2 suite rooms (they sold my rooms to someone else it seems )
had to wait fir 1.30 hours to get my room key
overall a very good property at very good location with worst customer service
never recommend...
"Clean rooms with all basic necessities cosy bed though Aircon was not upto mark.good activities for a family vacation. property needs refurbishment specially the balcony
Staff were friendly but slow to respond for any needs."
"This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful."
"Very nice resort. We stayed in the earth room which was surprisingly cool without the presence of air conditioner. We loved the concept. The room was very spacious and everything was so thoughtfully designed to keep ecofriendly theme in mind.
Loved the overall experience."
"Other then staff and their helping nature nothing is good rooms are not well maintained neither clean, amenities are of no use and not maintained and above all food is pathetic but expensive"
"Property is ok, looks ok. Room was ok, smelled mouldy. Was able to sleep. Rooms below average. Property grounds.well kept. Swimming pool needs lights, cant go after dark bc cant see anything. Restaurant is decent
Highlight for me is the dude making tea, as strange as this sounds. Clean. Restaurant id rate 9/10. Tea 10/10. Service 8/10. Rooms 5.5/10."
"Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them"
