"Personal sehr freundlich.
"Read the instructions on where to check in. I didn’t. Once we were checked in though it was awesome. We got a room with a balcony looking out in the river and it was well worth it!"
"Everything was great with the property. Communication was excellent. We stayed during August summertime and the unit was hot but because of the 24/7 support they were able to provide us an electric fan which was a lifesaver."
"Property is nice overall and breakfast was ok, small buffet choice but excellent coffee.
What majorly lets the hotel down is the misrepresentation of parking facilities, which is a 15 mins walk away uphill. We specifically booked with parking as one of our party has a disability and struggles with strenuous walks. The parking information should have been clearer- we would have selected an alternative accommodation if we had known."
"Close to everything, good price, historic charm with high ceilings, friendly staff and steps to a huge beautiful historic park with mineral springs. Two excellent Czech restaurants nearby Ptáček na Grilu a u Filipa."
"The apartment is located in a very quiet area, a 20-minute drive from Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad). Convenient and smooth online check-in. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. Parking is available. The price is reasonable. I'd say it was perfect for our two-night stay."
