"Clean room Staff at desk of arrival were not helpful & cheerful. Desk staff said we could use pool before a certain time when we got there we were told we couldn’t they need that 15/30 to clean up. Disappointing"

"Lovely conveniently placed hotel close to Loch Lomond, with plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming, Plenty of choice on the menu for evening dining. Self service breakfast again with plenty of choice and all freshly cooked. The hotel has places to relax just off the reception area, lots of comfee seats Pleasant walk across the road along the bank of the Loch although this is probably busy during the summer season"
