"I could not complete the checkin process, there was no one at the hotel to talk to, they did not approve us because of covid19 regulations, we had the certificates but had no one to show them to I had problems with my credit card and because there was no one to talk to in person we could not pay in cash. "As others have said. Sutomatic light in toilet is annoying during the night. When checking in, it asked for country of residence and Australia doesnt exist. So we said Austria. It worked! Good size room for this type of hotel. Big enough even for a second chair but there isn't one."

"I have stayed at this property multiple times and overall I would say I am a big fan. The rooms are spacious with a living room area and a bed along with a big shower area. The only issues I have faced with this property is it is difficult to find street parking and all the times I stayed there I had issues with the internet in my room as I was working from there"

"A well run boutique hotel in a charming small town on the river Vtlava. Our wait staff spoke English and some German and were attentive and professional. The rooms were clean and in good order. The beer and food are excellent! "

"I had a WONDERFUL stay. I was attending the LIDO SOUNDS festival in Linz, and was having trouble getting a taxi. The owner's family helped me get one - they invited me to sit down with them, offered me something to drink while i waited (it was a VERY hot day). Thank you SO much for that generosity and hospitality."

"We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz."
