"Short one night stay before travelling on, we arrived very late but the reception staff was extremely friendly and understanding. We had a family room which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, a welcome treat after a long journey! The continental breakfast was also generous and delicious. Would definitely recommend a stay here, and no doubt we'll be returning! "

"The members of staff were very friendly and equally helpful when we asked for advice. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom not only had a bath, but also a great shower. "Very poor, booked on the basis of 8 out of 10 rating but honestly not sure who posted these reviews. Booked a second night for the following week ( non refundable) and couldn't bring myself to return so booked a different hotel meaning more than double the cost. No water in the shower, no food and damp bedding. Service was poor and I was made to feel unwelcome. Stayed at the Ibis budget and felt like a rock star compared to this place. Avoid like the plague."

"chambre 205 : Notre réservation n'était pas enregistrée !!! heureusement qu'il restait une chambre de libre. J'ai du faire une réclamation auprès d’hôtel.com. Mais pas de climatisation (les 3* belges ne sont pas attribuées sur les mêmes critères qu'en France/à l'international) ; sur rue donc bruyant si on ne ferme pas les fenêtres ; grande chambre, grande salle de bain mais vieillotte, matelas à changer, pas de drap housse mais une simple alèse !!! pas de parking (gros problème)"
