"The location of this hotel is ideal. Also, the breakfast buffet, though limited offerings, is still good. The reason for the missing stars in my rating is our check-in experience. We waited for 4 hours to be given a room. We travelled for 16 hours and expected at least some consideration but the front desk staff pretended to care but really didn’t care. Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber absolut ordentlich.
Personal: Zurückhaltend, aber bei Bedarf sehr hilfsbereit.

"Clean room and excellent location. Accessible by lift. Very clean . Opposite church but no noise . Tea and coffee making facilities mini fridge, tv but no English channels apart from Bloomberg. Would stay again."
"Fantastic central location in the old town, lots to see and do. Staff were helpful and pleasant and the rooms were surprisingly spacious and amazing value for money. Will definitely be back!"
