"Staff were very helpful and efficient. Rooms and hotel are very modern with a good lounge and bar. Breakfast was nice with a reasonable choice. I would recommend it to anyone. Secure parking on site was reassuring. Very close to the train station but no issue with noise."

"Je m'attendais à mieux pour un hôtel Campanile. Cet hôtel est bien pour un passage d'une nuit mais pas plus.
Les chambres et les lieux sont plutôt propres, bonne literie. Les alentours sont calmes le weekend mais en semaine, c'est bruyant car il y a beaucoup de trafic routier.
Le personnel n'a pas toujours était sympathique et ils ne sont pas polyglotte comme indiqué dans la fiche de l'hôtel. C'est une cliente qui a du servir de traductrice à une touriste.

"Beautiful hotel set in picturesque, well maintained grounds. Staff were very welcoming and efficient. Excellent for a stop over before or after the channel crossing. Pool was clean and lovely and the breakfast was excellent and great value. 5 stars all round."
"We booked 2 rooms before a return trip to Calais. On the way to our hotel we had a serious accident on the motorway and messaged the hotel to say we would be very late on arrival. We received no reply. I tried to call but hotel number doesn’t accept UK calls. I tried to message Accor but got an AI bot who wouldn’t put me on to an agent.
When we arrived at hotel in early hours of morning gates were locked, no code given and intercom broken. Tried for 10 mins then went to sleep on roadside....

"Check in was smooth, and the receptionist had good English. The room had a nice outlook over the golf course. The bathroom was very nice, with a bath and shower over, and it was good to have a separate toilet. The desk/table in the room was all marked, and needs replacing. There were only 4 tea bags, 2 Earl Grey, and 2 Green Tea, which was disappointing for us English who like a breakfast tea.
