"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was small compared to North American standards, but the location was perfect! We would definitely return to this hotel in the future."

"Our room was impossibly small with only a bed to sit on or take turns getting items from our suitcases by putting them on the bed. Next time I would definitely request a larger room. It was very very tight for the four nights we were there. Otherwise, staff was nice, room was clean. We would like to have had wash cloths."

Excellent breakfast buffet, perfect location for accessing the West End Theatre, the British Museum, local buses to EVERYWHERE in London, etc. Reasonable, fair pricing. Nearby restaurants (Italian just across the street is low priced award-winning fare). Away from the crowds and noise but walkable to Leceister Square and Euston, with tubes and buses nearby for easy access! 5th time staying there, feels like a "home neighborhood" at this point."
