"Absolutely fabulous accommodations! We wish we had stayed there longer! Beautiful view and extremely well maintained. The hot spring tub and cold plunge were a great spot. Make sure to get a cocktail at happy hour and take it for a soak!!"
"The hotel was conveniently located to explore the peninsula. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, particularly the bread and smoked salmon. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner was great."
"A wonderfully cozy room with a phenomenal, unforgettable view! The room was small but completely functional, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff here were all very kind and helpful, and the fish stew we ordered for lunch was lovely. Would absolutely come back, and would recommend!"
"I’m going to sound like a Karen, and I recognize the weather was terrible so likely made everything seem worse, but the place cost a lot and I would expect better. Cabins and property were rundown and not super well maintained and the hot water ran out quickly. The fridge made a terrible noise. "This place is pretty basic. No answer from the staff when i reached out.
No one was there when we checked in. Our room was right by the kitchen so it was noisy til 10.
No breakfast options close..
Our room was very warm."
"Modern design. We appreciated the floor to ceiling windows with beautiful views of Kirkjufell and the bay. Heaters worked well. Kitchen appliances all worked well. Comfortably bedding.
Previous individuals who booked the place took the key so no key was available to us to use during the stay so we could not lock the accommodation.
No towels in the accommodation for us to use for the evening we checked in. No response despite calling/texting both numbers provided and messaging through Expedia....
"The location was fabulous. The apartment was spacious, well appointed and met most of our needs, travelling with a multi-generational family. Many of the light switches were not working, so that was a little inconvenient. The awning door for the microwave didn’t function, making operation a little challenging.
We had zero communication with the owners, having tried by email and phone for several months in advance of our stay, even Expedia failed to make contact. That should not have...
