They had a shuttle service which picked us up from the city and dropped us back to the hotel which was a huge help. "Great location!!! Right in front of Lake Como. Amazing views and very convenient as there's a bus stop and a boat stop within 20 meters of the lobby. We noticed the hotel bar was always full of people singing and having a good time, although patrons here are mostly over 60 years old, they all seem to have a great attitude! Dinner served at the hotel restaurant on our first night was a giant disappointment. It was so horrendous that we decided to skip all meals here, even though we had paid extra...

They need to help guests arriving by car a little, my navi did nor recognise that many streets are pedestrian. Best approach is head to the cathedral, along the train tracks, and turn left by the cathedral. "

"Very nice staff in fairly nice hotel but for the price it’s fantastic. It’s near the train station and a lot of people hanging around and church bells ringing in the morning but the beds comfortable although showers and bathrooms are quite small."
