"We enjoyed our stay at The Imperial Hotel. The hotel is in a lovely position overlooking the sea, The staff are very friendly, and helpful. The food was excellent with very large portions, a little too big for us. There is also a nice little bar for afternoon and evening drinks.
The hotel could do with some updating and although I'd say it was generally clean, I don't think a vacuum had been used in our room the whole week."

What it makes it exceptional special were the staff Paul and Richard.
They were so friendly and welcoming and genuinely seem to enjoy interacting with guests.
We enjoyed breakfast every morning which was delicious and had a few drinks in the bar on an evening which was very enjoyable.
I highly recommend and would love to return even if it was to drop in to say hi to Paul and Richard - they are a real credit to the hotel and work extra hard to make...
"Lovely quiet room, a little small but fine if you’re travelling light. 20 minute pleasant walk from downtown and easy access to hikes on cliff path. Breakfast was good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would choose this hotel again."

"The hotel was easy to access but quiet and had a beautiful quiet garden. The swimming pool was well maintained and very secluded. Guernsey breakfasts were great and set us up for the day.
Perfect setting for a quiet break, with easy access to buses (and the cycle shop delivered to the hotel direct).
We had a lovely weekend and will go back."
