"We think that this is a really nice hotel. The food in the bar was excellent. It’s in a good location for exploring St Helier and beyond. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had great room with lots of windows which was great but we stayed during a very hot spell of weather. The fan in the room was totally inadequate, we did ask for and were given another fan. "Sehr gut direkt am Strand gelegenes hübsches Hotel mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist selbst ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und Möglichkeit, dort auch das Abendessen oder einen Drink einzunehmen."

The hotel is clearly well cared for, with a warm, welcoming team who were always present without ever feeling intrusive. "Nice place and lovely staff. People need to be aware that there is no lift at this hotel which we did not realise and was difficult for an elderly person when we were put on the top floor. Unfortunately there was a heatwave while we were there and the room was unbearably hot and the fan in the room was not sufficient . Good bus links to St Helier and Gorey."
