"Staff courteous, polite and friendly. Super clean upgrade room. My second stay and delighted."

"Fabulous! Staff were amazing cleanliness fantastic food wonderful.. Bit pricey but I would go back gladly 😊"

"Breakfast was plentiful and very good."

"Overall fine for its price for a 1 night stay in convenient location. Room interior a bit dated but fine overall. Windows single glazed, rattling when it was stormy. No mini fridge in room. TV signal was poor, if at all working. Bed, whilst comfy, is on small wheels, meaning you're pushing it away from the wall whilst leaning against it. Shower was just a trickle, no real water pressure."

"Hotel was very clean and the dining room is very nice. Plenty of choice for breakfast and staff very helpful."

"Trevlig restaurangpersonal och bartender. Baren stängde dock nio utan förvarning trots att vi som gäster satt på uteserveringen, detta märkte vi när vi skulle beställa ny dricka. Loungen som skulle vara en tillgång till oss gäster var uthyrd för event eller stängd. Vi fick ingen information om detta vid incheckning och blev placerad på samma våning som loungen och stördes av hög musik och festande fram till efter midnatt. Efter att evenemanget va slut så fick vi stå ut med skramlet av glas och...

"Very nice Hotel in a beautiful location"

"Really cannot fault our stay here. In a triple room with our granddaughter. Room was comfortable and clean with a great ocean view. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful particularly in accommodating our granddaughter (5yo). The pool was a bonus. Food was super - a good selection at breakfast, with a delicious dinner menu too. Site was an easy bus ride to St Helier...the bus stop being just 3 mins away, with the lovely coastline a further 5 mins walk. Highly recommended."

"If you don’t have a car it’s less than 3/4 mile to the bus station. If you willing to walk that and take the bus from the airport it would save you 21 pound each way. Taxi cost 24.50 to hotel from airport, bus 2.75 airport to the bus station. You can’t seem to get taxi company to pick you up at the hotel, at the station you can’t get them to pick you up to go to the hotel. On line or on the phone they don’t seem interested"

"The apartment had everything I needed. The check in and check procedure was very easy and there was no problem extending my stay by 3 days when my flight home was cancelled because of Storm Austen. I'd definitely use Uplands Apartments again."

"X"

"Room a little basic but comfortable, nice choices for breakfast, very helpful staff and very popular Greek restaurant."

"Our room was spacious, simply equipped, and clean. Bed could use a better mattress, and the low water pressure made the shower barely adequate. Staff was very helpful—very considerate to two senior citizens. A communal refrigerator in the lounge was helpful. The guesthouse shows its age, but is still nice. Location was superb, and nearby is a fabulous beachfront restaurant, Mark Jordan’s Restaurant. The price is good compared to alternatives."
