"Allamanda is a no frills hotel as there is no restaurant on site but there are loads of options right across the street! Great access to the most beautiful beach! Room was very clean, bed comfort was excellent! Grenada is safe and the people are very welcoming."

"Tired worn down older hotel on an exquisitely beautiful ( mostly) quiet beach. 20 minute walk to restaurants in Grand Anse. Few dining options near hotel. Loud ( music decibel) party boats crowded with cruise ship people visited the beach ruining the quiet vibe - which was the best part of it. Would not return. Would stay on Grand Anse instead. "

"Our room was cleaned daily by a committed housekeeping staff. Lorene & Ingrid were exceptional, warm and friendly. They were limited by the lack of resources. Gem is conveniently located on a beach, however the rooms are showing their age and it is clear that management has not invested in updating the room in a very long time. Basic things like a running toilet tank, having to hold the lever to get the toilet to flush, a refrigerator that leaks, all reflect the lack of intention to the small...
