Problems with AC and the mini fridge were taken care of rapidly. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety, although the breakfast room is small. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lots of stairs but no elevator."

"The location was perfect for me. Super close to the old city and walking distance to the ferry port. It is essentially a small studio apartment. The only draw back for me was having to carry my luggage up all the stairs. Not a big problem as I was travelling relatively light and only had to tote it up and down once."

"Great location in the old town steps from everything. I chose the virtual checkin because I wasn’t sure exactly when I would arrive but the instructions were simple to follow. The room was clean and in good condition. You are above a couple of restaurants so you can hear noise if you open the windows. It didn’t bother me … I actually enjoyed the breeze and waking up to the distant sound of church bells in the morning. As some mentioned, there is no lift but that also wasn’t an issue for me. "
