"Amazing pool & breakfast"

"The hotel is not considerate at all, a few details, two bottle of water with caps but no opener, no way I could drink them, no tissues, only toilet paper in the room, no fridge, window crack, lots of bad details, also the staff were very rude, never smiled, when I asked them about street parking, they said not their parking, they don’t know, but it is right in front of their property, no clue at all? "Perfect"

"Magnifique Hôtel, manque juste d’insonorisation, nous avions des voisins à côté c’est comme si nous étions dans la même pièce,c est dommage. Également les balcons séparés par une chaîne. Il vaudrait mieux mettre une palissade, les gens à côté regardent dans votre logement. Mise à part cela la chambre est magnifique, l’hôtel est magnifique, services impeccable au restaurant, excellent restaurant, l’un des meilleurs de Zakopane"

"Clean, comfortable room."

"Monika was a great host. She was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions and super friendly. She was showcasing traditional Polish hospitality- not to mention how she was great was a breakfast - real bonanza. I highly recommend this place. Location is perfect for those who want to browse city center and access to public transportation is very easy. Perfect getaway."

"Super miejsce do spędzenia czasu w górach"

"Amazing stay, would totally recommend. The staff were so kind and gave many great recommendations for activities in town. Room was updated, clean and spacious. Breakfast was homemade and delicious"

Anything you needed from help with like where to go for food or entertainment, or just a nice place to settle in after a long day of walking this place was perfect. We didn’t get to take advantage of the spa so we want to try it next time! We stayed on the top floor suite and I highly recommend getting the same spot. The view was amazing of the mountains up there too! 10/10 would stay again and is on our...
