"The hotel was a underwhelming. No AC in the lobby or dining room, made it uncomfortable during meals. Food selection was terrible. Everything was deep fried from breakfast to dinners and everything in-between. Most of the staff in the dining room were too busy socializing with each other than to pay any attention to the guests walking in and some staff seemed bothered when you requested something of them. A better job should be done training staff to be more customer centric."

"Overall the resort is an excellent value. The location is perfect and we loved the three pools especially the one by the ocean. The property is not fancy but everything is in good working order, clean, and maintained well. The only caution I have about the property is while they call it a resort, somethings like cleaning are not full service. They only clean on set days per week and on our five days that meant the day after we arrived was our only opportunity to get our room cleaned. Other days...
