"Tent was in a pathetic condition. It was torn, chains were not working properly. There was no charging point in the tent. No water supply. The food was charged separately and was poor quality. The staff was also very unprofessional and rude."

"We went to the venue and found there was no electricity or generator facility, only 2 staff of aged 16-18 years who were looking into the amenities, the room was pathetic and we were the only person who were supposed to stay on that day...so we didn't stay in the pathetic guest house and want the refund of our money."

"This hotel only has 5 tents but expedia.com misleads users to show all existing rooms as tents. We reached early and decided to take 1 tent and 1 room. When we all were having a chat in the room we noticed some people are entering our tent. When we confronted them they hotel stuffs said its their tent so they occupied that tent and thrown away our luggage. Keep in mind that it was raining. All hotel members were heavily drunk and they justified their stance by ganging up on my family....
