"Brilliant location and the staff are top notch but the hotel is a little tired and could do with a freshen up but it’s very clean. There is a kebab shop next to the hotel that was next to my room and my mum was in the room next door. The noise started at 1am until 4am. Couldn’t sleep so if you book a room ask that’s it’s not next to the kebab shop. Breakfast was really good!"

"Clean and tidy. Nice breakfast with reasonable price. The most amazing point is the location which is quite near to the Brighton station and is easy access to the nearby shopping area. Plenty of food shops surrounding the hotels"

"This is a perfectly decent way to spend a night or a couple of hours between flights or before an early flight. I stayed there a couple weeks ago and the AC in my room wasn’t working too well but yesterday’s room was perfect. It’s very quiet as well."

"Attended my cousins wedding here, my room was clean comfortable & more than worth the price. Everything was exactly as described but the grounds were outstanding, with birds chirping happily everywhere. For me what really stood out was the staff, helpful & patient, full of smiles.
