"This was a great hotel, pretty centralized in London with a tube station nearby. The rooms were standard for London sized, a bit tinier than expected. The bar at the hotel had great drinks and the bartender was great. Overall, it was a great place to stay and will stay again in the future."

Air conditioning too loud and rumbling to have running through night, no windows on the cheaper inside rooms, so aircon is only means of some airflow. Very dusty in rooms and daily cleaning misses a lot. Really like that they have a coffee- tea station on each floor for a hot drink in morning. "This is a nice, budget hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was small but clean and the beds were really comfortable. The issue for me is the location, it doesn’t feel very safe coming back later at night (not super late, but post-theatre for example). It’s very dark, the street lighting is terrible and you can’t get off at the closest DLR station - there is no platform, you need to get off at Westferry, which feels a bit dodgy.
