"Absolutely fantastic service. They were friendly and went above and beyond. And the location was excellent. Whiskey row is fun and this hotel was right on it. There is a good restaurant and bar right in the lobby. But the rooms were very small and had an odd layout with the bathroom area separated from the beds by only a curtain. I don't think the rooms would be comfortable for anything more than a solo traveler or a very close couple. Also, if you don't use valet, which was expensive,...

"The check in reception clerks were very nice at approx 4:30 pm. We were back at the hotel after an event at approx 11:15 and the clerks then were not very nice/helpful. The water in the lobby was empty and not refilled for guests. The coffee in the morning on the lobby was all gone by 11 am. The room air conditioner did not cool the room enough. It was still warm after setting air to lowest option and my girls were warm sleeping. Other than that, room was clean and beds were comfortable"

"Make sure you plan your trip around what you wish to do at this casino. We booked it because there's a dog track there. I thought it'd be awesome to see. And they have several dining options. Although checking in on Monday. Nothing was available. All but one restaurant. Which was More of a diner. None of the other restaurants aren't open till Wednesday through Sunday. As was the dog track. Which on their website said it was open every day."

"Hello, The Breakfast is nothing to write home about. VERY Generic basic offers. We stayed 3 nights and only ate breakfast once there because it was so Generic. Room was nice , The have nothing interesting on the TV Guide, but you really don’t need to be in front of the TV, we like to wind down at bedtime watching something good and didn’t really have that. No plastic utensils or any kind for Coffee"
